ELIGIBILITY

We serve individuals living in or who have businesses in Thurston, Mason, Lewis, Grays Harbor, Pacific, Clallam, Wahkiakum, Cowlitz and Jefferson Counties in Washington. Thanks to multiple grants, we are able to offer our programming at low to no cost. This is a significant opportunity as the standard cost of our Business Planning Program is $2,650. Please see below and let us know if you have any questions.

At this time, our Business Readiness Workshops and Business Planning Programs are FREE to those in our service areas.

Self-Employment Assistance Program (SEAP)

Enterprise for Equity is a Washington State approved Self Employment Assistance Provider. If you are currently receiving unemployment benefits, you may be eligible to participate in this program. This program allows you to abstain from job searches while enrolled in Enterprise for Equity’s Business Programs. It does not extend your unemployment benefits.

Other Organizations that can Help

Enterprise for Equity often partners with other public service organizations like WorkSource and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). If you are currently receiving unemployment, reach out to WorkSource about their Adult Dislocated Worker Program. They may be able to cover part of your tuition for the Business Planning Program. If you are receiving Disability Benefits, we suggest you first contact the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) as they may subsidize your business education.
